THEY WILL COOPERATE WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND GROUPS TO ATTRACT NEW BUSINESSES TO THE AREA AND TO PROVIDE STABLE SOURCES OF DECENT AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN THE AREA.
